Icon Global Team expands its capabilities

With recent growth and increasing demand for technical skills to meet our customers’ needs we have welcomed a number of new members to our team. All come with their specialist skills and wide industry knowledge which all our customers can access through these services:

• Business Analyst Matthew Linscott, has worked in various roles as developer, business analyst and project manager for one of our large customers.
• Web Developer Tim Harvey, has worked as a web application developer within the telecommunication and software industries.
• Trainer Liam McNicol, has worked as a Trainer for Utilities and was a school teacher.
• Implementation Consultant Lisa Scanlon, has worked as a project manager and in various project roles for the Department of Health and within community care.
• Tester & Quality Assurance Daniel Stante, has worked extensively in software testing and most recently in game testing (which he says isn’t as glamorous as it sounds).
• Support Peter Styles, has worked in software retail and has extensive experience in customer service.
